Sangeeta Sundaram

Co-founder

Sangeeta Sundaram is the co-founder of Nucleus Insights (nu-i). She started her career with Gallup in Market Research, went onto head Marketing and Communications at Kanbay and then Capgemini for India. She attributes her own growth to learning the right leadership skills at a crucial stage of her career. It was this experience of learning to move from “managing to leading”, that became the inspiration for the founding of nu-i.

Sangeeta is passionate about creating thriving workplaces for aspiring women and has pioneered the WeLead program that enhances the effectiveness of women as leaders. She has worked with more than 600 women, their managers and organisations to help create a robust pipeline of women leaders who can take on senior leadership roles. Working with over 1000 global leaders and frontline managers, she has developed several practical tools for team and leadership effectiveness. She leads the digital initiatives at nu-i and has helped create virtual delivery methods for all the key offerings.

Sangeeta is the only certified teacher in India for the Gokhale Method™, a posture alignment program that has helped many regain a pain free life.

Sangeeta enjoys writing and is a key contributor to the blog on www.nucleusinsights.com/blog. She looks at things through the leadership lens and helps decode how a person becomes a leader, or a company becomes a pioneer. These thoughts and insights are captured in the blog.

She is a textile enthusiast and an inspiration for saree wearers for her experiments with the 6 yards.

Cyprian Dsouza

Co-founder

Cyprian D Souza is the co-founder of Nucleus Insights (nu-i). Prior to this, he was the Chief People Officer for Capgemini’s Financial Services Business Unit globally. He was one of the founding members of Kanbay, a software services firm headquartered in Chicago. Cyprian managed the India operations and the global people and strategy functions. Kanbay was bought over by Capgemini in 2007.

His foundation in the areas of human development started with his long stint at the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), a not for profit organization headquartered in Brussels. ICA focused on developing methodologies and frameworks for successful functioning of teams, companies and communities. He was part of ICA’s five-member Global Executive Council. Cyprian attributes most of his learning to the time he spent at the ICA.

Cyprian has extensive practical experience in building organizations, nurturing leadership and ensuring that a consistent culture is built even while scaling up. Kanbay was a live example of an organization with a unique culture that sustained over the years. Working with communities and companies across the globe during his ICA days, gave him a rich understanding of human nature and an ability to bring diverse groups together to achieve a common goal. He has developed practical tools and frameworks for helping organizations manage change, build sustainable culture and develop managers into effective leaders.

Nucleus Insights is a culmination of experience across corporate and non-corporate set up. It brings the distilled wisdom from years of practice to help individuals, teams and organizations that are on a journey of transformation.
