Integrating external senior talent is a long process as it takes time to assimilate with the operating culture. nu-i helps organisations grow internal top talent. nu-i Global Leaders is an intensive development program conducted over a period of 5 months. It takes a cohort of senior leaders and equips them with foundational resources to become the CXO ‘s in waiting. It specifically focuses on strengthening every leader’s inner core with a clear sense of purpose and leadership tools, such that they are well equipped to navigate change, manage complexity, nurture teams, and build a vibrant organisation. The program also inculcates the leadership disciplines of visioning, strategising and delivering tangible results in a collaborative manner. WeLead

Diversity in the workforce and specifically the gender diversity has become an important focus for most organisations. There is a healthy representation of women at the early career levels across many industries. However, the numbers drop significantly at the mid-levels and are almost negligible at the top leadership levels. This is a genuine issue of losing high quality talent. Many have devised strategies for hiring women for leadership roles from the market. Given that there is a limited pool, there are very few senior women available to hire. nu-i helps organisations have a holistic approach towards cultivating women leadership talent.

nu-i WeLead, is designed to create a strong pipeline of women leaders at mid and senior levels who are ready to play higher responsibility roles. The program has a holistic approach and delivers three important outcomes. It takes a group of aspiring women and equips them with the essential leadership tools and frameworks with a sense of personal leadership aspiration. The program makes their managers, partners in the participants leadership growth journey. Thirdly it deals with the many practices and policies that come in the way of women’s development by identifying and addressing the underlying, sometime unseen, mindsets, and the biases. WeLead is not a training program. It is an intensive development journey. Frontline Leadership

In every organisation middle management is an important link between the two halves of the organisation pyramid. Middle managers are expected to be strategic as well as operational. Manage as well as lead. They are responsible for growing people, managing operations efficiently and keeping the teams motivated. Most managers arrive at this role because of their technical or functional skills. With limited abilities to manage or lead teams, many focus only on operational tasks. nu-i helps organisations to specifically build an engaging and high performing middle layer, that is critical to the success of the organisation.

nu-i Frontline Leadership program is a four modules program, each focusing on mastering a set of foundational and practical tools, such that the managers engage their team members productively, stay motivated themselves and bring a sense of positive energy into their teams. It is aimed at creating managers who can foster a culture of empowerment and enable their team members to grow. The program provides a balanced approach to fulfil the managerial tasks successfully, as well as become effective in the ‘leading’ responsibilities. Managers who have been through the nu-i Frontline Leadership program have consistently said that they have learned a set of skills which should be seen as essential life skills.
